It was in a particularly good and unbeatable location with Temple of the Jade Mountain nearby.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite loud.

Exceptional service and a rooftop restaurant onsite. Roof top bar and well-maintained pool. Marvellous and easy location to Hanoi night market that opens in weekends. Also - really close to restaurants and shopping, the silk queen in Nov 2018 and the lake and the stop for the shuttle buses.

We enjoyed a generously sized room that comfortably accommodated three of us. Breakfast was a delight with an option for personalized omelets made fresh upon request. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the city's heat after a day of exploring!

The hotel staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay.

I faced several challenges . The breakfast was quite disappointing, as many items were not fresh and lacked variety. The shower in my room had poor water pressure and was annoying to use. I also experienced issues with the air conditioning. It took a long time to cool the room, leaving me uncomfortable during the hot days.

This hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings, but the toilet door needed some attention as it didn't close properly. The breakfast spread was good, with a mix of Vietnamese dishes and Western options. The rooftop pool offered a perfect escape from the heat, though it could be cleaner and better maintained. The staff were attentive, especially at the reception where they helped us arrange our local tours. I encountered some issues upon check-in. The front desk requested upfront payment or to hold our passports until checkout. The charged fee for using bottled water was unexpected, as this isn't typically a standard practice. A pleasant stay, but the hotel could improve by addressing these small issues for a better guest experience.

Location was great, really close to the old quarter. Rooms were decent size and comfy. Breakfast had some variety. Staff were nice and helpful when we asked for stuff. Rooftop pool is good to chill out after a long day.

One room had a bad smell and the showers needed fixing because they had mold. No toilet paper in the room which was super annoying.

Rooms were adequately spacious with comfortable beds, although some fittings like the toilet door needed attention. The breakfast buffet was diverse and enjoyable. Staff were exceedingly helpful in planning our outings. The location is busy, which may result in some noise during the night.

It was just a good match for a brief visit in Hanoi with real value for money. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room despite the noise outside, which allowed us to settle in well after a day out.
